We provide organic produced food, from our organic farm. Healthy food comes from healthy fertile soil.

Why organic?

We grow our own food, and create healthy soil, because soil microbes have a direct impact on the nutritional content of our food with can also fortify our own gut microbiomes. Let us explain about it a bit more comprehensively. Plants produce a variety of metabolites, which can be categorized into primary metabolites and secondary metabolites. Primary metabolites are important for the growth of a plant.
Unlike traditional farming with the uses of chemicals, our organic plants will be under attack from all kind of predators. Organic plants produce secondary metabolites to aid in self-defense, they act as physical defenses against predators. Secondary metabolites including antibiotics in plants are a critical component to plant survival, however, they also play a powerful role in supporting human health. Humans can benefit from consuming secondary metabolites and therefore, a diet rich in organic plants provides marvelous benefits to health.

Traditional mono-culture farming grows food on depleted soil and uses chemical fertilizers. Pesticides, fungicides, herbicides are used in defense against predators. Products often gets a spray coating to give it a nice shine and color to impress buyers. They grow food to produce as much for the most amount of profit, without being concerned about health. There are estimated 200,000 secondary metabolites, over 50,000 secondary metabolites have been discovered in the plant kingdom. Medicinal herbs and many modern medicines rely on secondary plant metabolites for their actions. Traditional healers have long used plants to prevent or cure infectious conditions; Western medicine is trying to duplicate their successes. Because of soil depletion, food labels and nutrition facts are often not trustworthy. Healthy organic plants from healthy soil contain more vitamins, phytonutrients, minerals, antioxidants and more secondary metabolites.

Antioxidant

Free radicals can be formed by aging, mental or physical stress from intense exercise or from external sources such as exposure to X-rays, ozone, cigarette smoking, air pollutants.
Antioxidant vitamins can prevent or reverse the age-related changes in antioxidant defenses in the central nervous system and decrease oxidative stress.
Antioxidants in plants fight off inflammation and free radicals, fiber prebiotics improve human health by controlling the balance of the intestinal microbiome.
About 70% of the immune system is in the gut. A well-balanced microbiota play a major role in keeping your immune system healthy and able to fight off harmful bacteria and viruses.
Phytonutrients in plants help prevent disease and keep your body working properly.
